Paul Harrop
Vice President, Human Resources

Paul has extensive international HR experience covering Western Europe, the USA and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to the acquisition of ClinPhone by PAREXEL, Paul was Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Paul formerly served as a member of the European management team for a major US Energy company and also spent three years as European Director of Human Resources for a Clinical Research Organization.

During his career, which spans over 30 years, Paul has an established track record of developing and successfully delivering global HR strategies and change management programs. At Perceptive, Paul is charged with providing the leadership to support a large complex matrix global structure and delivering a results-oriented work environment across all global locations.

Paul holds an M.A. in Social Policy and Administration and is a Chartered Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has also taken an Advanced Management Programme at I.N.S.E.A.D, France.
