Todd Kole
Vice President, RTSM Operations

Todd is the Vice President of Perceptive’s RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) business. In this role, he is responsible for the management of day-to-day activities within the RTSM business unit with global oversight for Project Management, Production Programming and Validation Services.

Todd previously held varying roles at ClinPhone since joining in 1999. He played a key role in evolving the infrastructure to grow the business from a start-up organization to a publicly traded entity. He has also contributed to securing business across more than 50 leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Todd has over 15 years experience in the bio-pharma industry and holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy.

Todd is an avid fisherman and spends much of his spare time in search of Striped Bass or Bluefin Tuna off the coast of New Jersey.
