At Perceptive Informatics, we recognize the clinical supply team's need for extended supply management functionality to fully control and manage their supplies. As a result, ClinPhone® Supplies Administration has been specifically designed to provide users increased, active control over their trial supply management and harness the true value of RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management).

ClinPhone Supplies Administration has been designed with flexibility and convenience in mind. The application consists of a number of highly configurable, validated web-based modules that give the ability to tightly control supplies and rapidly respond to emerging situations in the supply chain. The functionality empowers the clinical supply team to manage supply activities including inventory release, expiry date management, supplies transfer and QP release. The functionality can be especially valuable for studies with planned mid-study production, planned additional countries or where medicine expiry or stability issues exist.
