Perceptive Portal
Perceptive Portal is a powerful enterprise portal solution that provides trial communities with a secure, central place to access essential study documentation, training materials and announcements, including a document collaboration area for defined users to develop study related materials. Its powerful reporting engine displays valuable consolidated trial metrics, giving a consistent “single view” of study performance using data drawn from multiple sources. Perceptive Portal also provides a point of access for all users to connect to any of the technology solutions in use for their studies, and discussion forums for defined user-types to share information and best practices concerning the operation of the study.

Combined EDC-IVR solution
Perceptive is blurring the boundaries of clinical trial technologies by delivering tight integration between our leading DataLabs EDC and ClinPhone RTSM solutions. This advanced functionality is a radical shift in the way clinical technologies can be used together to streamline workflow for users when utilizing both solutions. It allows users to perform randomization and dispensation activities directly from DataLabs:

  • Use the most convenient interface - either the phone (IVR) or the web by EDC or IWR
  • No second log in required when using DataLabs
  • Randomize patients using functionality built into the EDC solution
  • Dispense and replace medication packs direct from within EDC

IMPACT, TrialWorks and Other Solutions
The Suite includes powerful integrations with our leading CTMS applications: IMPACT and TrialWorks. The automated exchange of key study management information helps ensure your CTMS provides a complete up-to-date picture of study progress to keep your clinical operations personnel and senior management fully informed and equipped to make fact-based decisions.
