Perceptive Informatics is able to provide a wide range of services for CNS imaging clinical trials.  Our network of scientific advisors and in-house expertise allows for full spectrum services offerings to help take your product from discovery to market.  We have experience with any standard modality used at your investigators' sites for routine imaging of CNS patients including advanced functional MRI, conventional MRI, CT and angiography. With a team of experienced in-house medical imaging experts, including imaging physicists and a dedicated Exploratory Imaging group, Perceptive Informatics is equipped and well-positioned to help you gain the information needed from new and less established imaging methods.

    • Stroke & hemorrhage lesion detection
    • 3-D lesion capture on CT & MRI (diffusion, perfusion, T1, T2, FLAIR, GRE
    • Superimposition of sequences to segment out hemorrhage and stroke volumes
  • Neuro-oncology
    • Primary or metastatic tumor detection/propagation on contrast enhanced CT & MRI
    • Superimposition of sequences to segment out tumor and edema volumes and follow over time

Biospective Partnership

Perceptive Informatics partners with Biospective Inc. to provide cutting-edge image analysis capabilities. Together we offer sponsors scientifically validated and fully automated software for MRI and PET to give whole-brain and region-of-interest segmentation with quantitative imaging outcomes. Biospective has software for MRI brain volumes (deformation-based morphometry, gray and white matter segmentation, hippocampal segmentation [probabilistic mapping]) and region-of-interest PET analysis for SUV corrected Amyloid and FDG imaging. This powerful analysis software combined with operational and site management expertise form our flexible Exploratory Imaging group. The process has been streamlined so that we can reduce the amount of rigor required for an early phase study, while also minimizing the common pain points of reproducibility issues. The partnership between Biospective and Perceptive will aid in the delivery of compound development from discovery to market.
