Business development team further enhanced at ClinPhone inc

- August 28, 2002 Expanding pharmaceutical and biotechnology clinical trial management specialist ClinPhone Inc has appointed Devina Forrest to its business development team based in New Jersey. Devina will be responsible for drafting formal responses to requests ClinPhone Inc receives for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services, establishing a rapport with external clients in order to collect protocol study information and ensure all phases of the clinical process are documented and tracked for progress. She joins the company from Telcordia Technologies where she worked as a proposal manager, drafting and refining proposal documents that helped secure more than $30 million in sales over a two-year period. ClinPhone employs almost 300 people worldwide and has offices in New Jersey, Chicago and San Francisco in the United States in addition to its HQ in Nottingham, England and a central European office in Brussels, Belgium. Devina will be based at the Company's brand new Princeton facility. Commenting on the opportunities that lie ahead with ClinPhone Inc, Devina explained: "ClinPhone is a relatively new company that is well-established and has weathered the current downturn in the economy incredibly well by actually growing strongly." "The biggest challenge within my new role will be adapting myself to a new industry. I'm still writing proposals and managing the proposal process, and those will be important skills, but the challenge will be to learn another industry and another set of industry practices."
