Further Expansion For ClinPhone's Project Team

- July 22, 2002 ClinPhone Inc - the Princeton Intelligent Clinical Technology specialist - has appointed Diane Shamy to its clinical project team as the Company continues to build its US Operation. As a Clinical Project Coordinator, Diane will work with both sponsor pharmaceutical companies and ClinPhone's internal operations team to ensure all IVR requirements of sponsor protocols are met. Diane - from Hillsborough, New Jersey - has an extensive background in project management and laboratory operations, training and investigator presentations. She brings more than five years of experience in laboratory procedures and project management as well as two years as a clinical trials project manager with LabCorp. It's all experience that she believes will help her in her new role. "I began working in the environmental field as a laboratory technician and was promoted to specimen receipt, data QC and then finally project management," she explained. "From the environmental industry, I moved into clinical trials project management with a medical contract lab. I was then promoted to Senior Project Manager where I took on larger, global studies as well as the training of new team members. "The ClinPhone IVR system is a state of the art package in this industry, so it is important that I understand fully its capabilities and benefits, but a rounded knowledge of the industry and of the clinical trials procedure will definitely help." A world leader in the field of clinical trial management, ClinPhone has supported more than 700 trials in over 80 countries and 60 languages. It is also currently developing a new generation of web-based electronic trial management solutions that will maintain its position in the marketplace.
