New clinical project co-ordinator for ClinPhone

- February 14, 2002 New Jersey-based ClinPhone Inc. the world's leading independent provider of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems has appointed Madaline Keating to its expanding project management team as a Clinical Project Co-ordinator. Madaline, who resides in Stockton, New Jersey, joins ClinPhone from Ortho Clinical Diagnostics where she worked as a Project Manager within the bloodscreening department. A certified Project Management Professional, Madaline will be responsible for managing projects and liaising with clients to ensure the smooth design, delivery and management of custom IVR services. "I have a wide variety of industry experience which I believe will help me excel in my new position at ClinPhone," Madaline commented. "I am used to working in clinical trials, product development and project management which utilize the same skills essential for this new role, so it's a challenge I am looking forward to."
