ClinPhone, the fast-growing intelligent clinical technology specialist, is set to introduce new forward-looking training processes and programs for staff following the announcement of a newly hired US-based Training Manager.

The role of the new Training Manager will be a key one, as Fernandez explained. "My main challenge will be to define the role of a Training Manager so that my customers, who are also my co-workers, come to appreciate that the person in this role can offer much more value than simply scheduling classes.
"This role will be instrumental in helping to enhance human resource performance, and streamline and standardize processes at ClinPhone."
