Modern Slavery Act Statement
INTRODUCTION
PI UK Acquisition Co. Ltd. and its subsidiary companies (together, “Perceptive”), is committed to
ensuring that slavery and human trafficking does not take place in its business or in its supply chain.
We are committed to ensuring our employees, indeed all people, are treated with dignity and respect.
Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics addresses the following:

Employees, officers and directors should endeavor to deal honestly, ethically and fairly with the
Company’s suppliers, customers, competitors and employees.
Fair Dealing
Our Employees and suppliers are expected to treat others with respect and dignity. We foster
individual initiative and collaboration and value different perspectives and cultures. We will not
tolerate any form of harassment or violence.
Reporting Procedures
Every employee, officer, and director has the responsibility to ask questions, seek guidance, report
suspected violations and express concerns regarding compliance with this Code”
ORGANIZATION’S STRUCTURE
PI UK Acquisition Co. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of PI Blocker Corp. – (this business is registered
in the United States of America and owns various subsidiaries doing business as Perceptive
https://www.perceptive.com/). This statement relates to the Perceptive companies based in the UK.
We are a provider of medical imaging, eClinical, and regulatory solutions and services to the
biopharmaceutical industry in order to solve complex challenges in clinical research.
Head office in the UK is located at Castle Wharf, 4 Canal Street, Nottingham NG1 7EH.
OUR BUSINESS AND SUPPLY CHAINS
We are a services organisation supporting the biopharmaceutical industry. Although operating in
various locations around the world, we believe that the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking
for our business, and in our sector, is low. Our employees and contractors are largely professionals
who have significant scientific and professional training.
OUR COMPLIANCE POLICIES
Perceptive is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply
chains or in any part of our business. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics reflects our
commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing
and enforcing effective systems and controls.
All our employees are required to read and understand the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics so
that they can identify behaviour that may violate our policies. Employees are expected to report concerns and management are expected to act upon them. Employees who fail to comply with
Perceptive’s policies and/or applicable laws and regulations are subject to disciplinary action, up to
and including termination.
SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we comply with the UK’s employment and social
security laws. We do not tolerate slavery or human trafficking.
We conduct risk-based due diligence and regular reviews of our suppliers. In addition, all suppliers
must adhere to Perceptive’s Supplier Code of Conduct which includes provisions addressing slavery
and human trafficking.
If at any point a supplier does not meet its legal obligations, and/ or we suspect or know of slave labour
and human trafficking issues, we will discontinue the use of that supplier.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes
our slavery and human trafficking statement for 2023.
