Our radiochemistry team brings extensive expertise in both diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclides, having successfully radiolabeled hundreds of compounds for preclinical biodistribution studies, including radioligand therapies. Perceptive Discovery’s in-house pharmacology team leverages surgical expertise to generate a variety of preclinical research models. Our sites include state-of-the-art imaging facilities with all major preclinical in vivo imaging modalities available, including PET, SPECT, CT, MRI, Optical and Ultrasound imaging. To complement the in vivo imaging data, we can also provide ex vivo biodistribution techniques including gamma counting, cryo-fluorescence tomography (CFT), autoradiography, immunohistochemistry and histology.
