Meet the Perceptive Imaging Team

David Herron, a distinguished graduate of Lipscomb and Vanderbilt universities, is a highly decorated American military officer with seventeen years of exemplary service and a career in technology-enabled scientific services. He has earned numerous meritorious awards for leadership, strategic expertise, and unwavering dedication. David served as a management consultant at EY and Alexander Consulting Group, advising high-tech companies in healthcare and life sciences. He was pivotal in developing the first-generation endpoint platform Bioclinica, now Clario. David joined CapVest Capital and Glo Healthcare, acquiring Calyx and Invicro; re-establishing Perceptive Imaging. David lives in London with his wife and two younger children.

Andy is a highly strategic and commercially focused Group Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in leading roles in private equity backed businesses and listed companies across various industries. He has managed diverse global teams to drive high levels of growth and significant transformation programs. Andy has over 30 years of experience in finance and has held key roles at Perceptive, Openreach (BT Group PLC), and Boots, demonstrating his expertise in finance transformation, business restructuring, and strategic planning.

Gen is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in clinical trials, medical devices, imaging CRO, and imaging biomarkers. He is a pioneer in Alzheimer’s disease imaging biomarkers and led the development of NeuroQuant in CorTechs Labs, the first FDA-approved MRI biomarker for Alzheimer’s. In the past five years, he has significantly expanded Perceptive’s operations in the APAC region, particularly in China, growing the team to nearly 100 members. He has increased the company’s market share in the medical imaging sector by implementing a biotech-friendly operational model tailored to the APAC region.

With over 25 years of experience as a technologist for in the clinical trials space, Madhav leads Technology oversight and India Operations at Perceptive. Previously, he held key roles at IQVIA, including Vice President of Engineering and India Operations Head. Madhav has also served as CTO at Clario (Exco InTouch) and held senior positions at Merge Healthcare and Minidoc Inc. Known for his visionary leadership, Madhav has a proven track record of building, launching, and scaling multiple product suites. His mission is to drive innovation and excellence in patient outcomes, by enabling and nurturing a collaborative and diverse culture.

Lindsey is a senior clinical research executive with over 20 years of experience leading transformation across the imaging industry. Her career spans image processing, project management, sales enablement, and operational strategy. She has been recognized with numerous honors for her contributions to the field, including the Anne B. Sayigh Founder Award.

Lindsey’s leadership approach emphasizes deep understanding, clarity, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals. She is a continuous learner, with studies at Salve Regina University, Bentley University, UMass Lowell, and executive education through Insigniam. Most recently, her focus has included navigating complex business transformation in private equity ventures.

Ed has over thirty years of experience in clinical research, managing and executing early Phase I through Phase 4 imaging trials in both the Pharmaceutical and CRO space. He has more than twenty years of experience in managing clinical operations, including extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, including Operations (Project, Image, and Data Management), Engineering (Development and Validation) and Medical and Scientific Services. Ed has progressive business experience in building and managing global cross-functional teams supporting clinical trials focusing teams on delivery, accountability, and customer satisfaction while driving quality and process improvements.

Denise brings nearly 25 years of experience in clinical research, with a strong background in the execution of clinical imaging trials across all phases. With over 15 years in leadership roles, she has successfully led delivery and commercial operations, consistently aligning execution with strategic business goals. Denise currently leads the Business Management Office, where she drives key initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and sustainable growth. Her expertise lies in building scalable systems, leading high-performing teams, and advancing strategic priorities that elevate both client delivery and internal performance across complex, global clinical research environments.

Dr. Zaim has over 25 years of medical imaging experience in both academic and service-related organizations, leading medical and scientific teams as they deliver critical imaging support to the worldwide biopharmaceutical industry. He is a board-certified radiologist with subject matter expertise in imaging biomarkers across a broad array of therapeutic areas.

With more than twenty years of experience in imaging for clinical research, Brian leads the global sales and marketing organization for Perceptive Imaging. Brian began his career in life sciences in project and program management of global imaging studies with SYNARC in 2002, moving into sales and sales leadership soon thereafter. Brian later led the commercialization of a start-up, clinical trial software-as-a-service company into an industry standard by transforming how image collection and endpoint adjudication is done in clinical trials. Brian lives with his wife Jennifer and their three daughters on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Boubakeur Belaroussi, PhD, is the Vice President of Software Engineering with over 20 years of experience in developing SaaS platforms for imaging clinical trials. He has led both software development and product development teams, driving scalable, cloud-native solutions that focus on productizing imaging endpoints at scale. With a strong background in SaaS product management, Boubakeur ensures platforms meet the highest standards. He integrates advanced technologies like AI and machine learning, fostering innovation and delivering secure applications. Committed to a startup mindset, he promotes agility and creativity within his teams. Boubakeur holds a PhD in Computer Science.

Martin is a health care professional in clinical research and medical imaging for more than 20 years. He has held various quality oversight and assurance roles covering Phase I to IV of the clinical trial process. In the last 10 years, Martin has played a key role in shaping medical imaging services within Perceptive. He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Reading and an Engineering degree from the University of Applied Science Berlin. He is also a certified Pharma IT Expert (as evaluated at the University of Albstadt-Sigmaringen) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Chandra Preyl brings over 16 years of experience in life sciences to her role as Vice President of Global Services at Perceptive, where she leads with a deep commitment to customer success. She partners closely with clients to understand their goals, ensuring that every imaging solution is delivered with precision, responsiveness, and measurable value. Known for building strong, collaborative relationships, Chandra focuses on scalable service delivery that adapts to customer needs and drives long-term impact. Chandra lives with her husband and two sons in the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Keighley is a seasoned global technology leader with a proven track record of integrating IT and cybersecurity functions to effectively manage enterprise risk and drive digital transformation.
Keighley’s extensive experience includes over 15 years in manufacturing and a decade+ in the pharmaceutical industry. This diverse background has equipped Keighley with a unique perspective on aligning IT strategies with organizational goals across various sectors.

With 17+ years of experience in the medical imaging industry, Sophie has combined expertise to deliver impactful results for sponsors. Throughout her career, leading both operations and sales, her mission has always been clear: finding the best solutions for sponsors while ensuring the highest quality of data. Sophie joined Perceptive in November 2024 to lead the Business Development team and leverage the CRO business.

Joe Vacca, M.S, spent 12 years at Cambridge Healthtech Institute, supporting commercial efforts for conferences focused on biomarkers and diagnostics. He then joined Perceptive (formerly Invicro) in 2020 and is currently the VP of Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for all commercial activities related to radioligand therapy and CNS clinical trials. In his 5 years at Perceptive, Joe has been involved in contracting, account management and executive management of over 100 clinical trials, including several that have led to the approval of diagnostic and therapeutic agents. He believes that by putting the patient first, the business will follow.

Yibin is a Senior Medical Director and Scientific leader of APAC in Perceptive. She has over fifteen years of experiences in the field of medical imaging and clinical research and supported over 100 clinical trials in Oncology which obtained approvals across global regulatory agencies in particular in China. She was the first member of the scientific team of perceptive in Shanghai where she built and led the Scientific and Medical team in China to serve the unique and dynamic requirements of the market across multiple therapeutic areas.

Sam is a First-Class Mathematics graduate from the University of Nottingham and a Qualified accountant with over 10 years of experience across Finance and Pricing. Following graduation Sam was successful in obtaining a spot on the highly competitive Experian Graduate scheme where he completed his accounting studies and gained experience across both Finance and Pricing.
Sam joined Parexel Informatics in the summer of 2019 and supported the business through a de-merger, sale process & subsequent acquisition of Invicro. He now serves as the Finance Director to Perceptive Imaging.

With over 14 years of experience in HR, Deborah is a seasoned professional specializing in global strategic business partnering. She leads HR for Perceptive Imaging.
With previous experience across manufacturing and 6+ years in the clinical trials industry, Deborah excels in organizational development/design, MD&A and employee relations with a proven record of implementing HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, she excels in building strong relationships, navigating complex challenges and delivering results. Deborah is a Chartered Member of CIPD, passionate about continuous learning and staying current with HR trends.
